Work Habits, taught or genetic?

I am a work-a-holic in just about every sense of the word. Now my oldest is working at Aeropostale and a telemarketing job,plus go to high school. So,I ask myself if this is learned behavior or if it's genetic. Was there something about working that I taught my child without saying a word? What are your work habits? What are your children learning from how you work? And if it is genetic, will they inherit good work habits?
