Is time moving? Which direction is it moving towards?

Hello, every one. Recently I am reading a book about metaphor. There is an interesting topic about time. It is said that different language speakers hold different attitudes towards the notion "time". So, do you think time is moving? If so, it time moving towards you (the opposite direction), or, time and you are moving towards the same direction? If you have your reasons, plz share with us too. Thank you for your posting.
