Has anyone taken the TEAS for Nursing?

Hello, I am getting ready to take the TEAS test for Admission into the Nursing Program in my area. I have heard many say they have not past it the first time around. I have done study, review books but I just wanted to see how others felt about this admission test or if they took another type of admission test for a Nursing program in their area. I am almost finished with my medical assisting degree and want to go on to RN. Any ideas, thoughts on the admission test, have you took it, what to expect..
