Mostly I'm reading fantasy books, though I tend to slip fiction/novel after the fantasy. Like you guys, I have so little time reading because of work so what I do is reading before going to sleep and while traveling, even a few pages would do that way I can still finish a book even if takes a long time.

I am reading Million Dollar Habits recently. It is very good. You can read it when you are not busy!

I'm doing a little bit of reading before bed each night - mostly rereading Jane Austen books - but a lot of my free time is being spent making Christmas gifts right now.

At the moment I am reading a book called "House" and it was written by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker. I don't know the authors I just found the book at the library and I thought that it sounded pretty interesting. It is a story about two couples who get trapped inside a strange house when their cars break down. It is not the best book that I have ever read, but I think it is okay. It is better than the last book that I read. That was a book called "Change" by a Danish author. It is story about a man who discovers that he is werewolf, and I found it a little too predictable.

I started reading the book Relationship Rescue from Dr.Phil and just had to put it down.... I thought it was going to tell me something totally different..... My husband comes home grouchy sometimes and we even argue at times when there is no reason for it..... I thought I could get some good sound advice.... OK I guess it was going to be his fault.... what all women hope for,,, It started out..... It is all my fault.... I need to find my inner self and that my husband is feeding on defensive mechanism (putting his guard up before he needs to) That my past experiences from my ex have overtook my inner feelings and everytime my husband does anything even close to my ex (he is nothing like him though) I rebel and run my mouth..... When I did think about what Dr. Phil was saying it did make alot of sense.... With the abuse I suffered I guess I had walls up from the beginning.... It is my job to take down the walls not my husbands job to knock them down.... I am trying really hard to do some of the things suggested and I also have the book The Love Dare from the movie Fireproof which has been a very good help also. I am working on it..... I have started writing my thoughts down on computer and maybe someday I can publish..... I realize now how our men perceive is how they are going to treat us emotionally except for my EX. He was just crazy and mean.

I love to read but know days I have those special glasses, you know the ones with the lines across the middle and it makes it harder to read when you have your head cocked up to read the page or the internet for that matter. Anyway I love to read anything by Mitch Albom. Tuesdays Morrie is a good read. Also, anyother book that I really like and I'm not sure its in print anymore is Johnathan Livingston Seagull, for the life of me I can not remember the author.

i feel the same way. i love to read though but i've been a little busy lately. the last time i read a book was on a flight to be with my husband. but since i've reached my destination i haven't really even touched the book. i'm usually trying to spend time with my husband. and then when he's working and i'm stuck at home, i'm still not reading, i'm trying to find a job. and since i haven't found one, i'm here on mylot. i know mylot won't make me the kind of money i need right now but its better than nothing at all.
