Laptop Keyboards, do you like them or hate them?

I find myself in a position where I can't use my regular keyboard with my laptop, and must use the built in one. I absolutely hate built in keyboards, as they don't have the 10-digit number keyboard, and cause problems with my wrists. Does anyone else have problems with laptop built in keybords?

In fact you need more practice on the built-in keybord. I don't hate it. I even like it. It very convenient in my opinion. When you lay on your bed and put you laptop on your knees, how can you use your regular keyboard? That's so convenient as I think. Please practise more, I think you'll enjoy it;)

A lot of the laptops doe have the number keyboard. My Toshiba has it. I don't have a lot of trouble with a laptop keyboard. I do prefer my desktop keyboard though because it's one of those ergonomic ones. I don't like the touch pad mouse on a laptop - I'm always plugging in a regular mouse. I guess I am just not coordinated enough to be effective with the touch pad.

I agree with you. The touch pads drive me nuts!

I loove my laptop keyboard but I have always used a laptop I barely ever use a PC so I am used to it. I used to use a PC at school but since living on my own I have had a laptop.

yea me too. i just hate the built in keyboard.first of all its too delicate plus it isnt exactly meant for playing games.and while using the keyboard i would like to spread my both palm.so i use the normal type of keyboard with the laptop.that is i use a USB keyboard for my laptop.its much more comfortable for me and also can be used for rough use.

Me myself doesn't have any problems with laptop keyboards but I do know many that do. If the 10-digit number pad is a issue not having, you can always buy one that hook ups to your USB port and you can use it like any other keyboard.
