Is anyone going to start cooking today?

Happy Thanksgiving eve to everyone! Tomorrow is the big turkey day and I was just wondering does anyone start cooking today? When I was younger my mom would make a lot of the side dishes early in the morning and then the turkey since that has to cook the longest. I never experienced cooking the day before but maybe some people have.
Are you having a lot of people over this year? Are you cooking a lot of food? How are you cooking your turkey? I hope everyone has a Happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Thank you flirtykumquat. Happy Thanksgiving to you too:) I am not cooking anything today neither tomorrow, coz i will be going to my relatives tomorrow to spend the whole weekend ..hehehe..:-)

We dont have Thanksgiving in England but we do have Turkey for Christmas dinner. I always cook it the night before! Does that mean that noone from the states will be here tomorow :(
