There are many healing methods. Now a days healing can be done by meditation, reiki etc. I dont say that i dont believe them, i have some faith on these. But do these really work, sometimes i thought. I found in many places in net that these are capable of distance healing. Are these true?

According to me, it's not a matter of right or wrong. It's the mental power. The basis of every mediation in enhancing the mental power. I have been having a ALS which is incurable till date. I was feeling very much depressed and have tried everything that I can to get some relief from it. But, nothing was worth it. So, I turn to mediation and yoga at once. And this has given a a great relief. I can free my mind, I can relax, I can be peaceful. Meditation has assisted me in believing that I am going to be alright and so I feel very much less pain as compared to before.
I think it's up to the person practising it that how much it will be effective. He needs to dedicate ans should have belief in it. If he has practised it just for trying and looking for a very quick result, then it's futile.

You are correct. Mental power has enormous capability. In meditation or reiki the concept is to use some power using the cosmic energy. Am i correct. Meditation is widely practiced for this. The example, you told is encouraging. I am doing meditation since last february. I think i am gaining confidence now a days and always bear a feeling that i can do, whatever the assignment is ahead. Thank you.
