I got this email from a friend and while reading this I felt guilty... I think I am doing some of it to myself!!!
But not all only the numbers:
#1-- Am doing this everyday!!!
#6 -- I always stay late at night!!!
and #7 -- Sometimes when I am sleeping and somebody is noisy...
The number 5, I guess is something that I cannot control... the earth is already covered with pollution... I thhink in order to get rid of it is to cover my nose 24/7...
10 Biggest Brain Damaging Habits
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood
sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain
causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
After reading the list of 10 damaging habits, which numbers are you guilty of?

Wow that really sucks. I mean I don't always eat breakfast every morning. I try to but it just doesn't always happen cause I can be kinda lazy to make myself something to eat. And then I have this thing where I barely sleep. I try to sleep but it just doesn't always work for me. I tend to sleep maybe 4 and the most 5 hours a day. And then some days I'll sleep half the day away. I guess I would say the air pollution too but like you said there's nothing I personally do about that though.
I explained each one but the numbers are 1, 5, and 6.

Hi thuynhu! Thanks for responding! I am always late and in a hurry that is why I always skipped eating breakfast... I sleep late at night and woke up late. It is everyday brunch for me!!
Not really healthy... I just don't know how will I change that bad habit of mine... Which I am practising more than 15 years... heheheh Really hard!!

i understand but for me i'm just usually lazy to make it myself. but on the weekend i'm more likely to eat breakfast cause my husband is home. so i want to make him breakfast and so in turn i make myself something as well. so if everyday was a weekend where my husband was home then i'd eat breakfast everyday... lol

Same here!!! My husband is working in the other country now, but when he was still here -- eating should be always on time... as in breakfast early morning, lunch should be at exactly 12pm!! He will surely get mad at me if he is here.
