Undoubtably for me it has to be AVG 9.0. Absolutely free and easy download. Finds and removes "the bad stuff" within minutes, lovin' it!

Many people like AVG but with it I have had problems for updates, it'd often say it failed to update, but maybe it's my connection.
Right now I'm using Avast, which is free (home version) and updates regularly by itself, I really like it.

I have tried many anti virus. But for me, I am a great fan of avira and nod32. I do not know if nod 32 is free but I am quite sure that avira can be downloaded for free. I have tried AVG, but it was not able to detect some viruses on my computer. I have even use norton, and mcaffe. They were good but quite heavy. So for me, I go for Avira.

Like many people, I use AVG. I've had no problems with it so its fine with me. Also, I downloaded something called Malwarebytes anti-malware. It protects you from any malware. I've also heard of sandbox programs which block absolutely any harm from your browsers on entering your computer. Its pretty complicated so I didn't get it. I've just searched the web and a guy referred me to all of these free computer protections.
