hi bossfortune, This are some tips may help you for best prevention from slouching ..first, you should have a good high quality chair where you have a high back rest chair where you can lean and rest properly..make sure that, your computer should be reachable from your chair that you do not have to reach., then every after two hours? make a stretching exercise, try to get up from the chair and move back and forth for body system to circulate well after previous hours of long sit. and the last, Drink milk everyday to make your bone strong and healthy.. Hi, bossfortune. The best way to do this is to practice sitting up straight. You can also get a foam pad that is made for sitting up correctly. It works with the spine and it helps to relieve back pain. I know that Dr. Leonard's magazine sells this type of product. I plan to get this for myself one day. I am on the computer for long hours. Sitting and standing up straight can help correct this problem. I have also heard of people wearing a back brace when their back slouches. This may be for Scoliosis.

hi bossfortune I find myself leaning over the keyboard in a crouch sort of, so I make myself sit up straight and scoot ' back so I am sitting with my back against the back of my' desk chair. feels ever so much better too as my shoulders will' start to ache when I am slouched over like that. shame on me.
