PTC pay per click..is it worth it?

I just started joining ptc sites for about two month now..and almost half of them is scam or now closed...lolz.. I invest in one of the most stable ptc sites so far but I'm just break even. I also planning to join blogging.. My questions guys is this.. Which is better to priorities blog or ptc? Will I earn more in Blog? or in PTC? and if you can also share the mechanics of how to be a successful bloggers or PTc thanks..
