How to publish blog?

Blog seems need
1.publish at your own blog
2.creat a new blog at mylot
3.use the code given by mylot to insert in your own blog
4.push the mylog blog page"claim now" button
5.finished and successful
i did as the above,but i lost
who can tell me why and how to do?

I have tried to submit my blog and done all what is necessary but until now it is still pending approval from the admin after almost a year has passed.
I really don't understand the mechanics here. Anyway, I don't think I'm losing anything because mylot blogs don't seem to be as popular as the posts.
There are other ways to get your blog seen if you know where to look for them.
