what to do in twitter?

As much as I know, twitter is for those of you who wants to follow up with someone and find out what they are doing from time to time. If you are not the type of person who likes to update your status in minutes of time, then twitter doesn't suit you very much. But if you are a fan of an artist of athlete, you can follow them and see what they do from time to time.

i am right there with ya.i dont get it thats all i can say...it makes no sense and it stupid in my opionion .facebook is so much more fun.the only thing twitter does is you follow others to see what they are doing at the time they log in or there plans for the day.thats it........?????????no fun apps or features.....dumb...hugs

I am a member of twitter too, it's just like posting comments on public walls in facebook,just like in facebook, every time you post your comments on public wall, every body in your facebook's friends could read your comment and then make a comment of it too. Twitter is just like that, your friends in friends in twitter are what they called your follower, it means that every twit you post, they will read it.

At first, I thought the same way with twitter too. But I tried figuring it out on what twitter really is. And yes it is only about people updating what they are doing at the moment. It is not the same with facebook because you can do a lot of fun stuff on facebook. Twitter is only about getting some updates from the people you are following too. Like me, I follow some of my friends and I know what they are up to. I follow some celebrities too and see what is new with them. That's about it. Twitter is just something that helps you keep updated.
