Anyone else frustrated of not getting traffic or making money with adsense.

Most bloggers have the trouble of getting traffic to their blog. I also have the same problem. If there is less traffic then there is less or no earning with adsense. Heard some people complain about not making enough money with adsense even with decent traffic.
What about you? Any solutions? What about link exchange?
