Does paypal allows you to have 2 paypal accounts?

I want to ask that do paypal allow us to create 2 paypal accounts,if not then how can i file a complaint against that member.

Hi schweta,
One personal and one business account per person is maximum. You can call your local paypal representative or contact them via the centre-page on paypal. You can find this info on paypal self but in this site are even more ways to contact them:

LOL interesting site you posted! I always found is SO frustrating to try and contact Paypal, I may just save those phone numbers so the next time I have a problem (and it's sure to happen), I'll know where to call.

you can have one paypal account and 2 or 3 or whatever number of emails so you can register here with a different emial then the other websites and get paid

you can have as many paypal accounts as you want. all you have to do is use different email addresses. i have about three different paypal accounts that i use. so it works for me.
