As we know that they fought three big wars, Now both countries desperately wants solution once for all, All peace talks turned to unsuccessful, As India army general said there can be limited nuclear war in south Asia, His points was directly towards Pakistan, if it happens? will it remain limited nuclear war? Or will it destabilize the region? or Nuclear war is only a solution once for all to bring peace in South Asia.

I don't think nuclear war is a solution to anything. The devastation caused by even one small nuclear bomb doesn't bear thinking about. In Nagasaki the Japanese are still feeling the effects of the bomb dropped on them in World War II which was over 60 years ago. The dropping of that bomb and the other one on Hiroshima didn't do anything to stop any wars as they have been raging away ever since. The only way to stop wars is to change people, and if they refuse to change, there will always be wars.
