What do you think about offshore or caribbean med schools?

There is increasing need for doctors all over the world and due to this there has been the introduction of caribbean med schools, so many numerous ones. Would you go to one of those, if yes why and if no why not? Which ones do you think are the good ones?

welll a bit confused allthough there is a balanced need of the traditional carabean school culutre as well as the modern scientific MMMS or doctoral / medical schools ... it helps in creating a sound scientific temperment... which is most needed these days to fight against most of the worst diseases in the world....
