What do you like to eat (fruits or vegetables)

hi friends, good morning, actually fruits and vegetables are more healthy for everybody, there is no compramise in both. i think fruits give us immediate energy, vegetables give us healthy. frankly speaking, mostly i prefer to eat vegetables, i make with vegetables curryies, fries and all, eventhough my sons and me likes to eat that. my dd and hubby likes fruits.
so, friends, what do you like to eat fruits or vegetables.

Fruits are always my favourites. But I am diabetic. I can take only one fruit per day. Vegetables also I like a lot. Generally it is said that we have to eat five vegetables per day. Coloured vegetables add colour to the health they say. So I and my husband see to it that five vegetables are added to the cooking for the day. Five vegetables include, tomato, potato, capsicum and onion also. Hence cooking five vegetables per day is not a problem.

hi aunty, oh, i don't know that we should take 5 vegetables perday, never mind, i will take more than that. that's why i am healthy i think, thankyou for your nice tip. be care full with your diabetic, take tablets time to time, please don't ignore to take, if you avoid taking tables, it will injure more, why i am saying is my mother and mother-in-law also diabetic patients, my mother is taking insuline daily, morning and evening, i am praying don't want these type of injections anybody. thankyou for your response, have a nice day.

Hello neelimaravi this is checkmail and myself am having an nice likes for vegetables and fruits, it is healthy and natural for our diet.Eating vegetables always keep you body clean, and fruits give us the necessary suppliments that are required by our health.Mostly vegtables are avail all around the year so its mostly used.And fruits which are normally seasonably avail and fav, so mostly like fruits.

i like them both as they make meals healthier. i like the tomato fruit to be added as a garnish in many dishes and i love onions as a vegetable raw or steamed with melted cheese on top. that is the way i like my veggies and fruits. by the way the tomato is a fruit not a vegetable...

hi boss, yeah, both are good, some likes to eat more fruits, in fruits they add chat masala and some like vegetables and in that also they add chat masala like salad. i like fruits salad very much, anyway, thankyou for your immediate response, have a nice day.

I love both, actually. I try to eat fruit with breakfast or lunch, and veggies with supper, at least. My favorite fruit to eat is raspberries, while my favorite veggie is cauliflower. =] You need to have both for a healthy diet!

I absolutely hate vegetables. In particular very dark green vegetables. I don't mind lettuce, cucumbers and eggplants, but don't quite like any others. I do however, like fruits. In particular banana's, mangoes, apples, water mellon and rock mellon.

Hi nelima,
According to nutritionists both are necessary for us everyday. I think fruits are more beneficial because we lose the vitamins from vegetables when cooking. Very rarely people are consuming vegetable as raw. So we have to consider that things too. In fruits there is no loss of vitamins. I like to eat bananas mostly which is very good for health and available in all seasons comparatively in a cheap price.

I like both fruits and vegetables. I will cut fruits, add some chat masala and eat it directly and i will cook vegetables in various forms and consume. In my family, we all will take lots of fruits and vegetables.

Oh I like both! But to choose only one, I would like to have fruits. Because I could eat it without cooking, and I like its taste too! Most of the fruits I eat is tropical so it is very refreshing.

Yes, I agree with you that fruits and vegetables are more healthy & nutrition food for everyone. I like them both, but if to choose, I would like to have fruits because I can eat it immediately without cook. I like to make ABC Soup which contain of tomatoes, potatoes, corn & etcs... the taste is so delicious...yummy, yummy...

I like both and I try to eat the recommended amount each day. Broccoli is my favorite vegetable and I really enjoy eating bananas and berries. There are so many ways to incorporate these foods into our diets, and if more people would do that, we wouldn't have such a high obesity rate! I really enjoy having smoothies, too!

I honestly really like eating both fruits and vegetables. But if I had to choose one or the other, I would choose fruits over veggies anyday. Fruits in my opinion, taste better overall than vegetables, but it doesn't mean vegetables taste bad, though some can be bitter -

I actually love most fruit except for a couple things. I like veggies too though, but there are less of them that I enjoy eating regularly. so We'll definitely go with fruit being my choice.

I tend to be almost strictly carniverous, but I do eat fruits and veggies on occaision. I don't eat in the morning, I drink coffee. when it comes to fruit, I like apples, bananas, oranges, star fruit and kiwi. Veggies I like are corn, carrots, peas, green beans, celery, green peppers, and so on and so on. I like them raw most of all. I tend not to mix fruits and veggies in the same meal because that causes me to have some very nasty gas.

Hi! I like them both, too. And until now, I haven't put myself this question- What I like more- vegetables or fruits? They both give us healthy and strenght, they are both healthy. But I really don't know, which one I prefer more. Maybe the fruits, because when it winter and I haven't got any patience for the summer to come, because I want eat apples, plumps, watermelons and many others. I also eat a lot of cucumbers and tomatoes in summer and autumn, so it is really difficult for me, to make this decision, which one I prefer more- vegetables or fruits.

Hello, neelimaravi!
I am so conscious about my health that's why I see to it that I am eating healthy food. Fruits and vegetables are really nutritious and I like them both. For me, when I am rushing or I don't have enough time, it is easier to eat fruits. Vegetables usually need to be cooked and it takes time to prepare them unlike fruits. If I am in the restaurant, I also order dishes with some vegetables. I need both of them so I will be stronger and healthier.
