I talk to my boyfriend, mom and grandma a lot when I feel bad because they always give me the most encouragement. When I'm feeling down, I try to stay away from negativity at all costs. These three people are always there for me and don't judge me, so I know I can spill my heart out and still be loved and accepted.

Hi, Langman!
It depends on how bad the situation is. Usually my hubby is the first person who will notice when I am feeling down. So, he will try to comfort me and listen to my problems... However, if I am feeling bad because of a fight with my hubby, I seldom talk to my friends or family members about it as I feel I am more comfortable to seek for opinion from those I am not familiar with could be the people I have never met before or online friends.

I would like to talk to my friend and my husband. I usually do not talk to my parent, as I am afraid they will get to worry for me.
Actually, I do not like to talk much when I feel unhappy. I try other ways to relieve myself, for example, reading, do some sports, or keep myself busying with other things.
Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Hi. Whenever I feel bad, I would normally talk to my husband and my bestfriend. They don't normally give advice but they would always ask me what do I want to do with the situation/problem. They would also ask me if they could assist/help me on anything. I guess that's what I love most about them. They don't really oblige themselves to advise on anything. Instead, they make me feel important by spending their precious times with me. Also, I could feel their willingness to help but they also trust my abilities to resolve the problems on my own.
