eat good amount of oily stuffs with pure ghee and butter. make sure the things are real, i mean pure enough with no mix.
in one month , u will check out the difference, but yes, no walking as walking will eat all the fat you are making by eating these things.

being thin is not at all a problem, when u become little fatty, you may feel sorry.of all the works, reducing the weight of your body is the toughest one. so friend feel happy for being gifted with slim appearance.

hi prashant well now eat a lot of bananas and drink whole milk, also if you smoke quit and you will gain weight also drink cokes and lots of hamburgers but dont do this too long or you will be
more than a little bit fatty.you dont want a whole lot fatty. he he

on the best way to get little bit fatty? I guess it is better to gain weight because of muscle mass not fatty mass for it is not healthy for the body..
Try to eat foods rich in protein., good examples are: red meats, soya milk, soya, also try herbal supplements rich in protein for muscle development if you cannot manage eating those foods..
This will help you gain muscle mass that will give your body a change..
