Do you know what is PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome)? Six months after I gave birth I was having 3 menstrual cycle in a month, that means I was bleeding every week. When I consulted my OB I was diagnosed with PCOS. I gain a lot of weight when I was pregnant and haven't loose after I gave birth that is why I was having a Hormonal Imbalance. When I had a TVS it was very clear in the results that I had a beaded suc-like formation in my both ovaries. I find it hard to loose weight, now I am taking birth control pills to correct the hormonal imbalance.

not good anything to do with our ovaries, i've got adheasions really bad. doc couldn't do anything to fix it for now they were that bad. i'd end up with period pain for most part of the month, in the end i went on back on birth control. by using the pill and it's worked wonders.
i found for losing weight is believe you will do it and walking has helped me, i'm getting closer to the weight i want. i went straight back on birth control after having my son, and slowly over 6 yrs gained nearly 20 kg from before i had him. i've lost 10kg in the last 11 months, by mainly walking.
best of luck with it and you know where to find us for help.
