paidtoclick.in is it worth to join?

Hey guys, previously I post a discussion pertaining to paidtoclick.com. I want to know whether if that site is a scam or legit. However I got some response in fact a recommendation about paidtoclick.in. So I have sign up as a member and my membership is a free membership. I notice few things about this program. Most of the ads worth $0.0003. To recieve your payment you can request from paypal or alertpay. However to receive your payment from paypal there a minimum fee which you will be charge which is only 1% and the minimum cashout you can request is $0.02. For Alert[pay there no fee will be charge but the cashout you can request is minimum $1.00. Apart from that if you go to the terms whicn can be found in the site, they did mention that members need to purchase the membership. For those who have join this program, could you share your experience and is it worth to join?
