Hi, if you are the project manager, you must write a teacher training plan. The contents of the training consist of new teacher training, teaching method training. what factors you should consider to write the training plan. can you provide some website for me? Is there a template for writing a teacher training plan?

To write a teaching plan, you should write down your teaching purpose as follows,
1. What kind of purpose do you wish to fulfill?
2. What are the major contents?
3. What are the key and difficult points in your teaching?
4. What approaches do you plan to avail of?
5. For each part of your teaching, you need to write down your aim for it.
6. Make sure that your students and you are interactive with each other.
7. Summarize the main idea of each task you carry out as well as the general goal in each period of classes.
Of course, you may have your own ideas. The said is what I usually do in my teaching.
I wish those humble ideas of mine could be of some help to you. Happy teaching.

Thanks for your kind suggestions. You consider many aspects from the view of instruction design. In my training plan, I must make a plan for the cost. Because I do not have such experiences to manage a training project. So, it is very difficult for me to consider all the factors which influence the costs. In your experience, what factors I should consider to organize a teaching training project? I am looking forward to your messages. Happy mylot!

I have not been engaged in business training yet, but I think that it is brain-consuming to think of those plans including budgets in the line. I am a green hand when it comes to doing business, let alone business training, but there is no problem for me to teach people who want to learn English. I am quite an expert in this regard. I wish you to be successful in your line.
