Usually neobux is suspending the accounts due to inactivity. If you try to open your account in a different system (computer) and that person is also a neobux user then also the a/c will get suspend. You can send the support ticket and by that way you can contact with admin people of neobux. When you send the query they asked the support ticket and somebody will give reply shortly. I am not sure about the reason for your suspension. Please try to log in everyday so that they won’t suspend the account.

My question was to find out what this support ticket meant. In the meanwhile I wrote to support and they have given me a support ticket No. which I am supposed to refer to each time I send them mail and they have assured me that they will reply to my query shortely. Thanks Sreekala. I had some proble remembering my password and the info I supplied to them was incorrect but suddenly out of the blue I remembered my password but it was a lot of time taken by me and therefore this mess.
