Some nights I used to have very troubling nightmares..But not often..i will wake up with a shock..Then I'll think why I had this nightmare..But it's hard to find out..
Somebody said that nightmares happen if something is wrong in our sleeping position..
What do you think about it...??Why we are having nightmares..??

Hi shone,
I don't know if there any relation in between sleeping position and nightmares. Usually if we think something or worrying something in day time then it come to our dreams. Means it will be in our subconscious mind and may be which gives some shock in sleeping. It is true that we wakes up from sleep by frightening because we don’t want to continue that dream.

Temperature plays a big role in nightmares. If you are too warm, nightmares can show up. Don't use so many covers. Keep the room cold. Watch the nightmares go away. If you do get a nightmare, turn over. If you sleep in the same position, the nightmare comes right back.

I think you under estimate the human brain. Dreams good or bad come from our subconscious. Just a recall of jumble that occurred during our day.Or possibly a subconscious thought you may be need to be dealing with. If your concerned about nightmare's write it down whatever it is you do remember right away.It may help to prevent it from happening again,Or figure a pressing problem out. This takes time and patience. Many very famous doctors through out history have agreed that ,it is in fact our subconscious speaking to us .
I will tell you that ,I have heard many things to but this is a new one for sure.I will look it up more .I know if you roll a sleeping person that snores, to their side it will normally stop it.

Sleep dream is an intangible tutorial class for human where no one can dictate its lesson and learn. Also not an easy way to understand its 'movie' language as sometime it's presented in rhetorical way. Somehow it does has a connection with true life and futuristic too. During my young age, I wrote it all in one special book for my self nature nurture learning.

When I am a boy, I often have nightmares. Now I almost have no nightmares. When I was a boy, my imagination was rich, and I liked film and risk game. I often regarded me as actor in storys. So I often have nightmares in night. I think you will have same things in the dream if you do something during the day. When I am a man, I had many work to do, so I had no time thinking other things. I am tired every night, so I have no dream, also no nightmare.

nightmares are reasons hidden in our subconscious mind.childhood perceptions, unspoken fear, birth related etc.are probable reasons in the nightmare problem.do not worry about them .they come as and when pressure in the inner self is up.it will rather clear your mind of wrong thinking.take it possitively....
