The Thanksgiving holiday has come and gone. We enjoyed time with family and friends. Christmas excitement is just around the corner. So many movies have been made in the spirit of the holiday season. There are so many favorites to choose from. What is your favorite Christmas film?

Hello Sender. My favorite is miracle on 34th street. It is an oldie and I love to see it every time I see it is like the first time I seen it. I cry with joy when they get that home at the end. There is another one I can't think of the name of it. But it just makes me cry to see it.

New Moon was great! But I thought this is "favorite Christmas film?"
New Moon doesn't talk about Christmas or any of that. Unless we consider vampires as christmas symbols no. lol! Just joking...

Of course Christmas cartoons count. Some of my favorite Christmas programs began as cartoons. I always enjoyed watching Charie Brown's Christmas. I was glad to share these programs with my children.

I have a lot of favorite movies but my first choice is " It's a wonderful life", I will not be bored watching it over and over again, it's just so good, the lesson of the story and everything!

So its january, but I think that The Christmas Toy is the best movie. IT is a little joint from the Hensen crew about toys that come to life when noone is watching. Long before toy story came out they did the same concept with muppet sub characters. Awesome. So cute. My sister found a copy on DVD this year and we watched it like we did when we were little.

I have two Christmas favorite movies. I like to watch the very old Jimmy Stewart movie "It's a Wonderful life". More than likely you have seen it on TV. My other favorite is "The Christmas Shoes" My granddaughter gave it to me last year for Christmas along with the sound track. it make me cry every time I listen to watch the move. I'm a sucker for movies that make me cry.

i have 3 favourite christmas specials. i guess the first one is charlie brown's christmas just because it really tells the true meaning of christmas, then i love the 1950's version of the christmas carol and finally 'its a wonderful life'. they all make you realize the true meaning of the holiday.

That's not a fair question, lol! There are so many I love, it's very hard to choose. It use to be "Christmas Story" but the last couple of years I just love the movie "Polar Express". I think it's fascinating and really enjoy it. And the list can go on and on. Oh yeh, can't forget the very old "Christmas Carol" with Scrooge, the black and white version of course.

There have been so many versions of Scrooge. My favorite is the one with Henry Winkler. Christmas Story is a classic we can't do without as well.

There are really so many. I think I like them all. Even if they are hokey it seems to be completely acceptable in a Christmas movie. Probably one of my all time favorite movies is White Christmas with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney. It has singing and dancing which I have always loved and romance as well as a nice Christmas spirit. I have also always liked A Christmas story although it is always a little scary.

Hey sender! I think that my all time favorite Christmas film
would be the one that is probably the oldest "Miracle on 34th St."!
I have always loved that one best! It is probably older than
more, or about as old, but it is my very favorite! I know that
there are more, but I can't think of them right now!

My favourite movie of all time for christmas time would have to be Annie. It is not christmas movie but it comes on around that time. I enjoy all the music and for a little girl she has everyone going. If I lived in that orphanpage I would have to heart that lady.I also like the genie I think his name is punjab. I like when daddy worbucks calls his name. Happy lotting.

With out a doubt has to be A Christmas Story, its a classic!. Then would come Home Alone, I mean it takes place during the Christmas season lol. Im not too big on Christmas but these movies always make me feel cheerful. More then anything I can see why people enjoy watching these movies, they make you appreciate what you have, even if what you have isn't much, dont you think?

Well my all time favorite film is always the original Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer, such a classic and have been watching it since I was a little kid. My family all laughs at me because when it's on I don't like to be bothered, but I also watch the other Rudolph movies too, can't remember the names though. One is that one with Kriss Kringle, the other is that one at New Years or something? My Mother's favorite film is the European Vacation's Holiday with Chevy Chase.

Batman Returns. It takes place at Christmas, right? As far as actual Christmas-themed, it has to be Christmas Vacation. That's a family tradition.
