Do we really not earn when there are many responses to our discussions?

I don't reall expect big earnings through this, bu even just a teenie tiny earning? As in none? haha
Before, I thought that we earn when there are lots of people responsing to our posts, I feel happy when I see that my discussions are interesting to many, but now, hmm, I don't know haha.

We do earn when there are good number of responses to our discussions. But, I believe that they are factored in and only one cent per 10 or more responses is accounted for. So if you get 30 odd responses you will end up getting 3 cents for that discussions. That is what my gut feeling looking at the payouts over the past 2 years here at mylot.

In the FAQs it says something which many might have overlooked:
"If you earned nothing, then you didn’t post anything"
Nothing is clearer than that

Hello kafueenu,
I admit that i also had the same thinking.
So,every time i came online,i first check if my topic got responses or not.
But lately,it is not my main target(earnings)
Now,i keep mylotting becoz i miss my friends and i enjoy reading responses in my discussions and i love commenting back.
(Of course earning is still one of the reason)

Kafueenu all the responses above have confirmed your fears and I have nothing to add, excep this:
In the FAQs we are told that if we did not see our earnings increase ...

which should be an incentive to comment from now on surely?

well my friend.even i had the same thought.i also thought we would earn more if we had more responses to our discussions.but i think that is wrong cause i havent felt any kind of increase in my earnings by that happening.but honestly telling just like you even i also feel happy on knowing that my discussion topic was interesting.obviously that is why many people have posted.

In my opinion we will get money for writing responses for the discussions.
If you are starting the discussion , then add comments for each responses,, you will get money for that.
If you get more responses there are more chances you will updated comments for that.

Hi!!
Here in mylot you don't earn for the work done by others.You don't earn just by getting more responses to the discussions you post but earn by commenting briefly on those responses.Its simple you get paid for the work you do i.e. the more you write(of course quality posts,responses and comments) the more you earn.When people respond to your discussion they earn for their response and you get a chance to earn by commenting on their response.So obviously more the responses ,more are the chances to give your comments on them and ultimately the more you earn.Have a good day,enjoy mylot!!

I know many people are thinking in the same way like you,but it is the truth.we just earn by our posting,no post no pay.At first,I also think that is a little bit unfare but finally I figured out.The webber creator is really cleve,I think,becasue you can issue new discussions from other place which is very hard to be found out.But the comments are not,because you have to make your comments to the point.Otherwise,it is no use.So I suppurt this though I don't like this very much too because though it has exclude the possibility of cheating but it also discourage many people issuing real discussion who are supposed to be awarded.
This is just my guessing and my reasoning.

From what I understand you will not earn when someone responds to your discussion. But it is certainly great when lots of people respond to your discussion considering that you will be able to respond to them. As you respond to each post, then you get the earning. So basically the earnings are indirect. Well, I post here and I enjoy without thinking much of the discussions I made. That way, I am always surprised of my earnings instead of being discouraged. Best to you and keep those discussions coming.

Hello kafueenu this is checkmail and always have followed the guidelines of Mylot earning schemes.Yeah the earning of our post and responses depends upon the quality of content and and also some quantity, but no the counts that it gets.Yeah because many of Mylotters sometime just respond to the discussion in order to earn more, without knowing the discussion subject or about it.Thats why our each post and response is being reviewed by the Mylot authorities for its quality and quantity contents.Een if its aginst the policy of Mylot than those post and responses are deleted according.

hi kafueenu... Glad you brought it out. The truth is that you are not really earning from your started discussion unless you respond back to every answers given to you. Taking their responses for granted, not replying to them is the some as you would not get benefited to your started post. So by now start replying to those people who responded on your post. And congratulations for being able to make interesting post that could attract a lot of members.

Even i was really confused with this question and i used to feel real happy for getting so many responses and used to just comment to those but later i pity my ignorance and started responding to other discussions as well and came to know that we make cents for our work but for the others work.
If you want to make some cents on behalf of others participation then u got to concentrate on getting some referals here.

Okay, so its like Mylot101.lolz!
I find time to read the guidelines when i signed up for this. Though I can't memorize all of them, I have the idea of what it says on it. hahaha
We DO NOT earn when people respond to our discussion. The only way we do is by commenting back to the responses and at least type 3-4 lines on it. This way, you can see your earnings increase.
In simple terms, its all about what you write. When you post, you earn, when they post, they earn.
