do you suffer from the dreaded monthly monster called "DYSMENORRHEA"?

I checked a few threads here, entitled "Dysmenorrhea". I felt concerned to note that some of the descriptions in the various posts did not seem to support a diagnosis of dysmenorrhea at all. In the best interest of the ladies concerned with this condition I suggest each one of them to have their condition confirmed by a qualified medical professional. There are certainly other conditions apart from dysmenorhea with largely similar symptoms.

I suffer from this penstrual pain too. But now I am into injectable birth conbtrol so I am not expecting any dysmenorrhea for the next months to come. Yeah, this condition is very often to us girls. My sister also have this, and my sister-in-law, as well as my mother-in-law. I don't know what causes this but my mother tells me not take a bath when I have mentruation. I dont know if its true I dont follow it anyway because I can't see the connection between dysmenorrhea and taking a bath. ^^
