Do you have a certain phrase you like to use a lot? Like 'sweet' or 'golden'? It seems like these sayings come and go, but most are common enough for everyone to have heard them. I wonder who starts them though...does someone just think 'I'm going to create a new trend'...and start making up catchphrases? What phrases or words do you most often use or hear your friends using? Bonus points if you know phrases that your parents used as a teenager or young adult.

Oh, I've been saying 'no problem' for better than 20 years now and 'Busier than a two-bit ho on nickle nite!', 'kool!' and 'I don't give a flying fok!' As for the golden oldies..'Colder than a well digger's azz!', '..Because I said so!', 'Happy as a clam'.. And my favorite...Enjoy!

The word I tend to use most is 'legit.' I've always liked the word and I just think it sounds cool. My friends and I used to make up acronyms for a lot of phrases and then we would talk in that code so no one could understand us.
