the way of being happy

According to my opinion a man will be happy by the follwing way-
1. he should keep on PRANAYM (a type of exercise named by Swami Ramdev,India) every morning.
2. he should become a very helpful person i.e. if he sees a man in trouble he should immediately rush to help him to get out him from the trouble.
3. he shuold be frank with his parents and childrens and sahre all the dids that he does in his life, by this way his mind will always be tension free.
4. he should watch comedy movies and reality shows.

I get so frustrated and stressed some times with all the problems at work. By the time I get back home , I felt so exhausted. Then later on, with the advice from one of my friends, I started practising "Yoga Meditation". Oh, that is an excellent way to relax the mind and getting rid of all the stresses of the day. Now, I practise meditation every evening, and that is excellent for mental and physical health.

THE BEST WAY TO BE HAPPY, IS TO TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME AND TRY YOUR BEST TO MAKE THE MOST OF IT. lIFE IS HARD ENOUGH WITH OUT BEING NEGATIVE AND HAVING FAITH IN THE FACT THAT LIFE IS SHORT AND TIMES ARE HARD, THE TOUGH GET GOING. LOVE THAT SAYING, TRY TO LIVE BY IT. SMILE BE UO AND BE HAPPY

Really though for anyone to be happy i think it takes a lot of work time and patience and what makes one person truly happy wont make another happy. All down to personal preferences surely?

The best way of being happy is the person should have peace of mind and for this peace of mind,the person should be on a gud way and a gud human....

According to my opinion a woman will be happy the following way: If she is a man, cutting of her testacles so that she will fit into this conversation. Also, a woman will be happy if you debunk her name and call her a girl. This is so she will not feel that she will have to die. Woman is a degrading word anyway. A man will be happy if he includes woman. A man will be happy if he uses his mind muscles. A man will be happy if he swallows the sea and becomes spiritual. A man won't be happy if he is a man.
