Secret thanksgiving event on Runescape

I stumbled across the secret event yesterday & found the first clue easy. Todays seems a little more difficult. Have any of the rest of the Runescape players on here found out about it? How's your progress coming if you have?

I've just completed the first day, now I'm starting to understand some of todays clue. "You may need to cast your lines to the farthest reaches of Gilenor..." This may suggest bait or fly fishing.
"...you must now strike when the iron is hot!" We need something iron.
And does Lachtopher mean the bar near the wilderness ditch? What do you think?
