Sometimes I when I'm angry, I listen to Machine Head, and I feel better, sometimes when I need to reflect and think, i listen to some jazz, or when I'm a little borried, i listen to eletronic music or classical music. Do you really think that music has any effect in the way you feel, and think?

Hi, tatutino! Yes music does make a difference in the way that we feel and think. Certain types of sounds makes us feel differently. I listen to music all of the time based on what kind of mood that I am in. I like slow songs when I want to relax or unwind. I like fast songs when I am ready for dancing and expressing myself. I agree with you, many types of music plays a big role in the way we think and feel.

Hello. Listening to music certainly helps in getting rid of the mental stresses. I like listening to music too, different kinds of music. My favorite is classical music, very relaxing. I have a collection of CDs, and I listen to them every evening after I get back home from work. That is my favorite way of relaxing and getting rid of all the stresses of the day !

Music definitely has a way to make you feel better emotionally. I've heard of music therapy for patients in depression. Whenever I am angry or sad, music always helps me calm down. I listen to rap, hip hop, and r&b. Certain songs always makes me smile for some reason.

Yes, I think that music has an effect on the way you feel. That's why depending on your mood you will feel like listening to one kind of other or music. In my own case, when I'm feeling in a good mood I like listening to happy music. When I'm angry, metal works well for me, as it helps mentally to release my anger. When I'm sad I avoid sad music, as it adds more sadness.
