Selfish abusive sister won't leave!

So I am a 26 year old single mother of 16 month old twins and we live in a small two bedroom apartment. I live with my boyfriend, we both work full time, and I am going to school part time. Without getting into all the boring details, we are basically living paycheck to paycheck because raising twins, plus rent, plus utilities, plus gas, insurance, yada yada yada; it's difficult but we manage our money very carefully so we have a few dollars left over at the end of the month...So, my sister (who I never got along with in the first place) was living with her mother who needed to sell the house and she had no place to live. She asked me if she could stay with me until she gets enough money to get her own place (she's 23) so I said okay but the only room we have for her is the couch, so that is where she sleeps. She only works 10 hours a week and spends most of her money on gas and food. She refuses to find a full time job. My complaint is, I have specific food for my babies and I buy in bulk so it lasts the whole month. Well, my sister eats her food, our food, and when that runs out, she eats the babies food and drinks their juice!!!! I've talked to her about it and she has the same response, "F*ck off". I'm about to throw her out on the street because I can't take it anymore. What would you do??
