Capitalism vs Socialism

One of the greatest presidents ever to step foot in office( FDR )had a plan to change our great nation long ago with a success rate of over the top evenly coated happiness. The 2nd Bill of Rights. Most of FDR's administration went to Europe to rebuild their state of being after the war, and in that developed things like Universal Health Care, Jobs that pay adequately enough to provide for clothing,food, and recreation. Things in which Capitalism has closed our eyes to and more or less held your favorite dessert over your head just bairly out of reach. Anyways not trying to start a blog I just want your opinions, Capitalism or Socialism ?
