For me any language is hard to learn. I started out with cross wiring in the brain or something so that what I heard got garbled. Because of this I was very late to start trying to talk and when I did, no one could understand me. It was like I had my own language. It took some time for me to learn my native language of American English and even then I took speech therapy all through elementary school. So, as a result I have a great deal of trouble with understanding people with strong accents and have never learned another language even though I have tried with German and to a lesser extent with French. Because I have such a difficult problem with accents for India and Asia, I think those would be the most difficult for me.
