Is bux.gs a genuine or scam site? please help

I am member of bux.gs and requested to withdraw 9 dollar on 18 nov 2009 but still it shows pending. did somebody taken payment from bux.gs . how much time it will take to deposit in paypal or it is a scam site like other. please tell your views. thanks for mylotting.

See dear many bux sites are scam and running by one people so it is very hard to find that which bux sites are legit well usally some sites are taking 30 business days so you should wait let see what will happen with that site???????
