I ordered a mp3 player from a fraudent seller and made a claim through Paypal. So now I'm in the proces at this point;
Nov 28,2009 PayPal Seller provided proof of shipment
where the shippment number is and I quote "item shipped, thank you".
So the shippment is faulty and the case says that it is waiting "buyer response". But the only buttons I can click is either "cancel" or "return to the resolution center" - so I can't really respond.
So am I supossed to wait or what?!? It says that if the buyer does not cooperate the dispute can be resolved in favour of the seller so you understand my confusion....
I thank you for any information :)

I've never bought electronic devices online because of the high risk associated...I prefer buying from a verified retailer, sure it's more expensive than buying online but at least ou have peace of mind that if somethings wrong you can bring it back to the store...
Yeah, I've never had to file a Paypal dispute before...but I agree that you should contact paypal directly if the resolution center option isn't working for you.

Wow. That's a bummer. How could they design a resolution web pages like that?
I guess, like the other person said, your only option is to call paypal directly.
Maybe they have a toll free number and you can call them using that.

Contact paypal, write them an email or call them directly. You need paypal to take charge, I guess.
