laughing is the best medicine they say. i believe that. whenever i have headache, i talk funny things to my friends and colleagues and i laugh, you will not noticed but the pain is gone. added to that, the positive emotion associated with laughing promotes a feelings of lightness. it feels good to laugh, it really is. so if you have headache, of when your mood is low, try laughing, it helps...
so my challenge to you is laugh often and reap the benefit.

Laughing so SO important!!! Where would the world be without laughter?! I don't even know how many times I laugh a day. But it does make you feel better, especially if you're going through a rough time. I think during times of crisis is when you need to laugh the most. For a relationship to thrive there needs to be large amounts of laughter. You need to be able to laugh at yourself! Laughter is, indeed, the best medicine.

true, laughing helps in feeling better.
true again, relationships improve a lot better when both partner has a sense of humor, even so when one has a handle joke to cheer up the broken spirit of the other.
Cheers...

thanks denin,
there's for a laugh...
An elderly woman went to a doctor's clinic and ask to speak with her doctor.
when the receptionist ask why she was there, she replied: " i'd like to have some birth control pills."
Taken back, the doctor thought for a minute and then said, "Excuse me Mrs. Glenwood, but you are 80 years old now. What would you possibly need a birth control pills for?"
The woman replied, "they help me sleep better."
The doctor considered this for a second and continued... "how on earth birth control pills help you sleep?"
The woman said, " i put them in my granddaughter's orange juice, and sleep better at night."

Hi Sir,
laughing even after going thru a lot helps... even doctors say that laughter is a best medicine. it can cure even the weakest of of emotions we have. going thru a lot means making us stronger emotional, when we heal after going thru a lot and earn to laugh is a very good attitude, it make sense the saying that goes "there's sunshine after the rain."
all of us one way or another went thru a lot of difficult time, but you see, that is an embodiment of human thing. JUST DON'T FORGET TO LAUGH even after going thru a lot..
Cheers...!

thanks evealonez, here's my treat for you...
"Mister, why doesn't this cow have any horns?" asked the young lady from the nearby city. The farmer cocked his head for a moment, and begun in a patient tone, "We'll ma-am, cattle can do a powerful lot of damage with horns. Sometimes we keep'em trimmed down with a hacksaw. Other times we can fix the young'uns by putting a couple drops of acid where their horns would grow in, and that stops'em colds. Still, there are some breeds of cattled that never grows horns. But the reason this cow don't have horns, ma'am, is 'cause it's a horse."
hehehehe...
how's that?

you are very lucky to have a boss like her, seldom would you find a boss who is funny.. most of them try to project a ridiculously strict - respect me i am your boss - attitude. CONGRATULATIONS, he must be a gift from heaven!
work can be light and enjoyable when you all have a happy attitude. it makes the work even easy to do when your superior is approachable and has a funny bone.
Cheers KP!
