Do you have one in your bathroom?
Honestly I saw this and I bout died. I guess it's possible but I don't think it would be a good idea for something that expensive to be around so much moisture unless you had great ventilation. Plus unless you spend all day in there I don't see a need for it. I have had radio's near the bathroom on or in it but never a tv. Plus the bathroom in our house is just big enough to move in, perhaps if we ever get a fancy home we could install or have one built in... and that's a long shot!

I think you are right. I think it would be ok to install tv or radios in your bathroom if it is big. Personally, I would love to have tv in my bathroom and just relax on the tub for hours. But our bathroom is so small and I don't like spending a lot of hours in there. So maybe when I get to build a bigger a house in the future, I 'll have a tv installed in my bathroom.

I wouldn't mind either exactly but I have kids there's no relaxing in my bathroom unless my lil guy is asleep & the other two are at school. But by then I have things to do that I can't do when they are awake.

I've known people who talked about it! My ex wanted a tv in every room of the house. He was really excited when they made a refrigerator with internet access and a tv in it! I swear, I don't understand people who are so fixated on television and want it to be in every room they are in--even the car!

I think it's ok to have a tv in a car but it must be installed in a suitable car like the mpv. However, the tv should not be installed near the front seat, it should be installed at the back seat. The purpose is for the kids to relax while we drive for a long journey.

kingnot08, I disagree. When I was a child my brother and I played games in the back seat like alphabet games, tic tac toe and 20 questions, etc. It helped us grow closer and develop our relationship. Children watching movies or tv don't interact, we are separating them from human contact and stifling their imagination.
I see you are new here, welcome to myLot!

hhmm don't slate me and call me names please lol,
I actually have a tv in the bathroom just a little 20 inch screen, its fantastic it also doubles as a radio and when its turned off the screen becomes a mirror so no need for an extra mirror on the wall.
Its specifically designed for the bathroom so is waterproof and the electrical connections are behind the tiled wall so again its nice and safe,

I don't have a TV in the toilet, I think it's useless in the living room, figure out in the toilet. But seen the quality of the programs that are on tv these days, sure in case of consitpation it could help making you go...

TV in Bathroom. one more expensive idea. this idea is expensive as well as lethal also. so you will have to decide that what do you want in your life, safety or luxury with carelessness. atleast one place in the house should be out of this world's noice. according to me bathroom is the place where you can think about yourself and creat new ideas. so TV in Bathroom id bad idea.

Dear friend,
I hope bathroom might be one of the place where some of sort of relaxation is got. Moreover the time is also much saved while having our usual things done in a bathroom. I hope it depends entirely on an individuals interest may be it is their convince that they gave importance.

No I do not have a TV in my bathroom. It is a very small bathroom and there is no place to put a TV in it. There are some house that have a big bathroom which could have a TV in it. I would have to hit my numbers in the lottery in order to be able to afford a bigger house so until then I will have to settle for no TV in the bathroom.

I'm at a loss as to why anyone would want one - of course, I don't even have a TV so perhaps I'm not the best person to ask! I get really annoyed when stuck in a waiting room where there's a screen going because I find it intrusive and distracting. I think we rely too much on distraction all the time and the TV is becoming very intrusive with people watching it on their cell phones and stuff.

I have never heard of someone having a tv in the bathroom, but in my case it would be impossible. My bathroom is too small, so if I put a tv on it, I can`t use it. It`s the tv or me, so I choose being able to use it

very bad idea.. because the bathroom is the good place to keep you out of stress.. moreover the total days job planning is done peacefully in bathroom only .. by keeping your TV in side bathroom the place become noisy and stop you to think and make any such planning.. so do not try this at your bathroom...

I would never put any electronics, except for a blow drier, in my bathroom, unless the bathroom was made for it.

well, yes I've heard that there houses in the bathroom, but usually it's only for the rich people that can maintain that idea and has ample space in bathroom for all the necessary things that comes with the tv. but personally, I wouldnt put a TV in my bathroom. It's making more people materialistic.
