well you could get a frech poodle, they are all really hyper and playful and they are small so they can't attack you but make sure if you get one, an you get it as a puppy that you don't wear or leave your socks lying around at home because they WILL get destroyed, got it! But you could always try the classic golden retriever or jack russel but those are big dogs.

ya good plan you got there, but unlike the rumors they are actually super cute and adorable but what do you prefer big dogs or small dogsÉ

and they are also very easy to train even when my dog is all grown up which means 2 years old, it only took me 1 day to teach him to sit down and I only spent around an hour teaching him.

I think that you need to do your research a bit before you decide on the right breed for you. Not only does every dog have a different personality, but all the different breeds of dogs require different care. For example, do you want a dog that you're going to have to take to the groomers every few weeks or would you prefer a dog that you don't really have to groom that much? Do you want a dog that is relatively easy to train? Do you want a dog that is open with strangers or a bit weary until they get to know them? I just think that before you decide on a breed you need to know what you're getting into. Do they need excessive amounts of excersize, are they diggers, etc.? Also, maybe consider rescuing a dog from a shelter. At a typical shelter you can go in and spend some quality time with a dog that you're intersted in to see if they'd be a good fit for you (and you can usually spend as much time as you want with them). Also at a shelter they've done temperment assessments so you'll know things like if they're good with kids, cats, other dogs, etc. Just be picky and make sure that you guys will be right for each other.

This was a little unclear to me...did Lucky pass away? If so, I'm sorry! Well...there are some other things to consider, like...do you want a small dog or a big dog? You've said you want a playful dog (don't worry about fierceness, that's a DOG'S specific quality, not a breeds). If you'd want a larger dog I would recommend a Labradoodle--they are very playful, and also very smart and eager to please. They are becoming a very popular breed; they are a mix between a Labrador and Poodle. If you want a smaller dog that you can play with...just go to a shelter and look around :P lol. Most of the small breeds are very playful...but if u really want specifics I could name a few to consider; pug, chihuahua, Pomeranian, beagle... good luck and congrats on the new dog!!
