Hi!!
Nowadays many of the entrance tests for management studies or be it for other fields are going the online way instead of the paper pencil pattern.CAT has joined the bandwagon this year and two days since the exam has started there have been several server crash problems from the various centres.M also going to give my CAT on 5th of December and m really worried about the server issues.Do you feel exams should go the computer online way or is the paper pencil pattern better??I feel the paper pencil pattern is good as you don't have to be worried about the server issues or power breakdowns and you can write your exam peacefully and with full concentration.Do share your views regarding online exams, enjoy!!

Hi!!
Yeah that's true but what about the frequent server crashes that take place in most of the exam centers,CAT is a current example. The exams started this Saturday and the exams in many of the centers were cancelled because of a server breakdown which finally affects the mind of the student.Imagine yourself giving a exam, concentrating hard on the questions and then immediately server crashes at the exam center what would be your feeling? You would definitely lose your focus and will be more worried about whether you would be able to give the exam properly or not. That's the main disadvantage of online exams and also the conductors of the test need to examine everything before conducting a test at a particular center which is not quite evident as seen from the recent online exam scenarios :(.
