I can't open my windows professional edition.

Please help me, I can't open my windows professional edition. I don't know what happened. And when I try to open my email its says iertutil.dll not found. So its been days that I haven't read my email. Please help me. I don't want to lose my pictures there.

HI DESR, I am sorry u are having trouble. I can't be much help to u , i'm agraid. Do u think it may be so many people using it on account of the long thanksgiving holiday weekend. Hope u & your dayghter are doing fine.
