We set both of our alarms Monday - Friday. We work together, and thus ride together, but he usually gets up 15-30 minutes before I do. This way we don't get on one another's way. That doesn't always work because both of us have been known to mash snooze for a few more minutes if over tired. Then there are those rainy days, we have a tin roof, that you could just stay all snuggled up in bed all day.

Hi, checkmail. Yes, I do tend to set my alarm on my cell phone for the next day. I started doing this for a year as of now. A year ago, my son missed the school bus because we all over slept. So, from that, I try to set my alarm so that he won't be late for school. I hate to see him miss the bus.

I am horrible about getting up when my alarm goes off. I hit the snooze button or even just sleep right through it. I've started going to bed on a more regular time schedule so hopefully I can start getting up at a regular time.

No I dont use an alarm anymore but when I used to set my alarm for 5:30 am which is about half hour from the time when I was supposed to go to work.Consequently I needed to have a bath ,get dressed and probably get something to eat. That was usually enough for me to get ready and do all I needed and still be early

No, I ave no alarm clock as before sleeping at night i already set my internal body clock to wake up as usual i rise at exactly 6 am in the morning even though i stay late at night. I tend to discipline myself as when morning comes i do not like to stay longer in my bed as just quickly leap on my bed to avoid the temptation of getting back again in my bed.

No I never set my alarm clock in fact I have no need to even keep my alarm clock. I always hated being woken up by the annoying thing, but it would take like 15 times for the alarm clock to wake me up enough to get me out of bed to even start the day. In my opinion it is never a good way to start your day however if you work outside the home then it is wise to keep one.

No I do not set my alarm for the morning. I do not work so I do not need to set it. If I have an appointment or my husband needs to get up earlier to go to work I will set it then. I am not in the habit of waking up about 7:30 am so unless I have to be up earlier there is just no need to set the alarm.

I do uses the alarm as well in the morning. I usually had my clock fast tuned by 10 minutes, and I set the clock right at 7am. After which I will have it snooze for another 10 minutes, for me to just lay on the way for a while.. relaxing myself and some stretching.
