Well, I think that I have to promote a little bit of my country. I am coming from Indonesia from the far west exactly on Sumatra Island. I guess I need to describe what I got here in my country. Indonesia is the largest archipelago country on the earth and consist of five big mainland and seventeen small thousands island that stretch far from the north west of Subang Island to the far east of Papua called Merauke. Indonesia has about four hundreds languages and tribes as well. Indonesia is very pluralistic and each place has its own languages and cultures as well. I like being an Indonesia to know that my country is wanted by many countries for e.g Holland and Japan govt. Both of these country had ever invaded Indonesia for a certain period of time and their architecture touch and knowledge still have remained here in Indonesia.
I also admit that Indonesia in rich in natural resources like gas, coal and gold and the like. Indonesia is found to be the biggest and largest gold resources in the world.
Unfortunately, we are not as rich as we are because we have a very limited human resources, technology and knowledge, so all management or maintaining of our resources will be taken care of by foreign investor. In short, they have benefited being given the responsibility of maintaining of our resources.
We are facing the biggest problem now, we nearly lose our togetherness because too much influences from foreign hands on my land, my lovely country. Thanks

I like my country, Romania, for its stunning mountains, for its awesome seaside, for its rich history, for the kindness and hospitality that is still present in some of the romanians, for its beautiful castels, for its many traditions, for its old monasteries, for its variety and I could go on like this ... sadly some of the people aren't aware of all it's goods. And these people are exactly the ones who lead it.

I like to go and pick up mushrooms in the woods in autumn and summer.
And then to make pickles from them...
I like nature in my country and climate, it isn't not too cold and it isn't too hot.

There are many best things that I like about my country, India, and the foremost among them are the following: 1. My father and mother belong to this great country.
2. My fellow countymen are fairly intelligent, very friendly among themselves and even towards foreigners, hard working, religious in outlook, compassionate about even animals, have an open mind on most of the issues and are willing to adopt change.
3. My country has a delightful variety in everything, starting from human beings, landscapes, natural resources, animals and birds, climatic conditions, cultures, food varieties, entertainment options, industries, education and employment opportunities. What else can one hope for in a country? 4. My country is on the verge of a great leap forward in almost all areas. Exciting things are going to happen in this country in the near future.
5. Very soon India is going to play a very crucial and benevolent role in various fields on the international scene.
For the above reasons, I, like so many of my fellow countrymen, feel proud to be an Indian.

I am really proud to say that i am a indian.Touching my heart,i will say i love my country,my mother land,my INDIA.
I respect those people who had given their life to make this country so democratic.Every person are free to express their views, their needs. The country is divided into 29 states.Their are plenty of languages around the country.Peoples of somany religion are in the country.Still all people of the country has a strong feeling that WE ARE ONE.Simply saying UNITY IN DIVERSITY.
On the other side india is rich in tourist spots, the famous taj mahal, plenty of rivers, beaches, western ghats, hill stations, kashmir the heaven, kerala the gods own country, etc ....etc.....

Well I like a lot about my country where I live.
Its not big . Old city in Tallinn. History to remember.
Although its not so colorful and happy but still lots
of heroes. Econimics is not good, like everywhere else,
but still, cant lose hope.
can say that best thing is that country is small, no long distances to go somewhere exept abroad.

I am a Filipino. What I like in my country is our people's ability to cope up with poverty and other problems with high hopes that things will brighten up. We are a people who can afford to smile and sometimes, joke even in the face of a calamity, a problem or a disaster. We are able to see the goodness behind an event that seems catastrophic. Our 'bayanihan' culture (acts of going out of one's way to help others in order to lighten their burden or tasks) gives strength, comfort and support to one another. Our faith in God keeps our country going. And because of our great faith, we don't buckle down when trials come. We are patient, but when our patience is pushed to the limits, we can revolt and without fear, fight for justice and righteousness.

I am from India and I love my country very much because of its natural beauty, I think this is the only country where you can enjoy every climate. If you visit himachal pradesh, it is like small switzerland. If you goes to rajasthan, it has got hot weather as well as desert. In kerela, you find the greenary which you cannot find anywhere else and it is also know as Gods own country. Delhi the capital of india enjoys chilling winter as well as extreme summer.
