If you were being exiled to a deserted tropical island, but you could take one utensil with you, what would you choose? A spoon, fork, or butter knife, and why?

Cinnamon rolls and Green Eggs
If I had to chose one utensil it would be a Swiss army knife, I think that would have every conceivable tool you would need to survive on a desert island. I have watched many survival programs on the TV so I think I would be pretty safe

That's a great choice... but unfortunately it's not one of the options. You can only decide between a spoon, fork, or butter knife.

Ah sorry i misread the discussion. I think it would have to be a fork as that would be the most useful as I could make a spear with the fork and a stick to catch fish to eat, although I hate fish lol but in a survival situation you have to take whatever you can get.
The spoon, I cant see a use for it and a butter knife is not sharp so that would be out of the question in such a situation.

I will definitely choose a "butter knife" haha!
Because I can eat with bare hands, without any use of utensils. I chose the knife because since you have said that I was exiled to a deserted tropical island which means, it was surrounded by waters, I need the knife to use it for the fish, shells, etc. that I will catch on the shore. It'll be hard to cut some fruits too, so I need it badly. I can also get a stone and make it more sharp so I can use it for more important things I can imagine while in there.

Sounds like a good plan :) See Zone,? The butter knife is good for something! You just need a little creativity. Ya...Cinnamon rolls and green eggs, I was craving a cinnamon roll...I don't know why I added green eggs, just kind of threw it in there. lol.
