Who can give me some uesful advice of losing weight?uh........

I find it's easy to gain weight.bt it's much more difficult 2 lose weight. Now,i am faced with the confuse.......carzin' Its really a hard work..........I Need useful advice to lose my weight........ Who can help me? i will be graceful.....

if you feel that you have consumed more calories than you should have during the week, it happens you know, and then make sure that you work off those extra calories by the end of the week.

Yes I agree it is very easy to gain weight but it is really hard to lose weight. It is also my problem I want to lose more weight right now. I'm losing weight a bit but I want to lose more weight. I tried to exercise in the morning and in the afternoon and to control my rice intake.

If you don't want to be tired, observing your eating habit is the best way to an effective diet. Eat what you want but control what you eat. You should only eat according to what your body needs. So if you are not active, don't eat too much. Try the After 6 diet. You have to eat only between 6 AM and 6 Pm. Then, eat more in the morning. But take a lighter meal during diner time. Try to drink pineapple juice everyday. It will help your digestive system to be active, releasing the unwanted waste in your body to keep you light and healthy. I have tried this and this is effective for me... Try it.

one easy way to loose weight is to avoid food for an entire day.wait you think i am crazy definitely not coz i am asking you to do this once a week that too avoid high calorie foods and try to take only fruits on that single day. !!!!!!!!Only fruits!!!!! If you are really fat like an panda(just an affirmative) then you can follow this twice a week but never try this straight away just try to get along with it intially.it really works and i have seen my friend loosing weight this way.hope this works for you. gud day.

Firstly , If the Photo attached in mylot is actually yours then I don't think that you need to loose weight at all. You are looking beautiful in that. But if you really wants, you should start exercise, go for run in morning time and if you have time join Gym also.

One way to loose weight is to get less carbohydrate a day. With less carbohydrate , less will be turned into fat and we will get slimmer everyday. However, don't forget to eat other nutrients that essential for your body's health. But remember we eat to live and we don't live to eat. Only then you have a better chance to live longer.

I think the biggest success I have had losing weight was having support. I joined weight watchers. They have weekly meetings. It is nice to be with other people that are trying to lose weight like me and are there to support me and get support. They understand and know what I am going through and how hard it is. I've learned lots of tips and have heard others tip's on how they got past some challenges that life brings like holidays and family dinners lol.

I need some advices too. But one way to lose a bit pounds from your body is by drinking green tea religiously. Drink 2 or three times a day. I honestly had a result from it. I lose a few pounds but the result won't show right away. You have to be patient and you will see the result after a few months. It's just one way to lose those fats though.

Hi You just can't have sustained weight loss by dieting alone - you need to exercise AND diet. Diet makes sure you get less than the required amount of daily calories and exercise makes sure your body burns more energy - this makes reserved fat stores reduce. You need to do both - otherwise you will just gain it all back.
