Whenever I am fasting continuously for 3-4 days I always experience severe headache.
After eating either some sweet or bitter I felt better.

if the stomach is empty it can cause head ache. that is why eating in time and in the right quantity is insisted upon.

when my blood sugar got too low last year and I had a headache that didn't quit and every time I ate, I got a HORRID stomach ache - I finally went to the hospital - for the headache.
the headache was from the low blood sugar, the stomach ache was from my gall bladder passing stones to my pancreas and getting pancreatitus, and so they had me on IV liquids nothing by mouth until the pancreas calmed down and then they took the gall bladder out

We all need calories to function well. Lack of food means lack of proper blood circulation. After we consume off the calories from the food we take. We need more food or else the circulation does not reach our brain and as a result we get headaches. Fasting for days is not good, as you must be knowing as well. Eat something pinku.

Yes not eating will give you a headache, I'm afraid theres no way around it either fasting is really bad for you I suggest eating lightly during or eating until your stuffed before you start

Hi Pinku,
What you experience is just a normal reaction for persons who are hungry. Imagine for 4 days you don't have any intake? you will feel some negative reactions from your body. Although fasting is good. Did you drink water? am i silly for asking this? of course you did that your only intake right?
If i am hungry because i skip a meal i use to suffer from migrane. terrible headache to the point of vomiting. sweets will help but just for a while you really have to eat!

Fasting continously for 3-4 days?? It will not only cause severe headache, it will make the head numb, later stage it will cause stomach ulcers.....and anemia.....dont fast continously, once in a month is ideal.
