I pray. I ask God to let me know the root cause of my problem. In my heart, I can 'hear' Him speak to me. Then, I would understand. I would be calm. I take time to pray everyday, hear Holy Mass every Sunday and as often as I can during regular days , read Scriptures and spend some time before the Blessed Sacrament. I do cry before the Lord. He is my very best friend whom I trust in everything. Even when I am doing my daily chores at home, I talk to the Lord in my mind. This is the source of my strength. Recently, I got sick. I felt very low and very weak that I could not pray. When I got better, I attended to the chores left undone. But I found myself very irritable. Then, I realized that I have not prayed as I did before my illness. I went to church, heard Mass again and in a short while, I regained my spiritual strength and proper disposition.

Hello blestrella,
I like your name. You seem to be a very religious person. I feel that you belong to roman catholic if not i'm sorry. I'm a roman catholic and i used to attend Holy Mass everytime along with my parents. I love going to church and praying to God asking forgiveness and to become more spiritually stronger. Till today in my heart i still have the same feeling about God however i'm not able to attend the mass regularly due to my work schedule.
I know God is the greatest of all and He is with us in every moment and He will give us whatever we need. He is there in our time of sorrow. What i need to do is keep praying to God and remain with him. In him nothing is bad, everything is posible.

Thanks, asfiona. Yes, I am Roman Catholic. I'm grateful for our faith. I'm sure, you can find all the strength and graces that you need to succeed and to overcome trials in the name of JESUS. God bless you and yours.

Hi dear!
I try to remain busy as much as possible so that I do not feel any kind of depression. Because when we sit idle and keep thinking about our problems, it leads to depression. Sharing with friends is a good option, you may also write down your problems in a diary and can feel lighter. Sharing with friends or near and dear ones also helps.

Hi dear!
Please do not be too sensitive and try to be more calm and cool than you actually are. However, if sometimes, you feel like crying, there is no harm, it will make you feel better from inside. You may think about writing a diary, it would be therapeutic for you. All the best.

Hi asfiona, when I am down and sad I generally keep to myself, cannot discuss or talk it out. A solitary stroll or a light music would be Ok if not do anything to lighten it. Ultimately it only time that would help me revive from it. Time is the best healer and I believe in it.

Hi mimpi,
Thats what most of the people said either solitary stroll or light music to get you over. I know i'm agree with you there are times i want to spend time all alone and just light music on it helps alot. when i was young i used to wonder why my parents do that but now i have understood as i have grown. I think if a person is really hurt from something say relationship, in that case, i would say time is the best healer.

When there are times that things are really bad and it seems that everything is quite difficult and hard.. I usually take a breath and pause for a while. Then think of how can I solve the problem. Of course, I also say a prayer and ask for help from God.

Well, when I'm down and lonely I'll just start walking and let my feet direct me to where I go. By means of that I can calm my self, think of the things that happened, relax and calm my mind, and a lot more. Sometimes I go to places that is peaceful and quite, in that way it lessens my feeling of depression, but still I need to share my thoughts to others.
