reputation is how other mylot members view you, they will rate you plus or minus this will ultimately determine your reputation, it also affects your earning higher the reputation the more you should earn hope this helps

I am not clear about it here,I think like other forums, if you posts good discussion ,your reputation will increase and your reading or answering scope can enlarge.
