i drink a lot of water ever day. i usually feel thirsty. i know drink water will good for your healthy . so i drink a lot of water every day.

I do drink a lot of water everyday. More than 8 glasses. It makes me active all through out the day and keeps me away from hunger which is also very helpful for my diet. So drink a lot of water everyday and be healthy.

For me I drink about 3-4 500 mL bottles of water a day! I usualy chug a bottle down first thing in the morning.

These two days I am having a rest at home and I drink a lot of more water than usual. I drink as much as water as I can. I am glad that my plastic cup makes me feel warm when holding it in the hand.

Well this is good. Water is good for your health. It is the number one drink. This is because it is the most natural. It has no calories, and no additives. If you carry around a water bottle you might remember to drink more. Drinking water is good because you don't really need to buy it. It will hydrate you. There is also problems with over-hydration, as well with dehydration. I think that you shouldn't worry about these, but make an effort to be healthy. Life is more fun this way. You will look good and healthier and be more satisfied.

Yes, I drink a lot of water everyday to stay healthy. Being sick is a big problem for me and my doctors because I usually form allergies on medicines.

Yeah one must drink minimum of 8 glasses of water everyday...I try to make sure to drink water on a regular basis...Water develops a healthy lifestyle...It makes us active the whole day...Drinking less water results in giddiness,tiredness and fatigue..Drinking water is good for health....

That's really good. I am guilty of drink not as much water as one should. I try to make up but it never works. We should drink 7-8 glasses of water to cleanse and replenish our body.

I drink lots of water every day. I think it is great to take as much water as one can. I have recently read something called water therapy recently. I think it is great to take as much water one can because water helps to clean the body and make us active.

I don't drink anywhere near as much water as I should. I don't even drink one glass a day. I mostly drink soda, milk, or juice. I drink about a gallon of milk a day. Sometimes I try to drink lots of water, but it never lasts for long. I always go back to soda, and milk.

I drink a lot of water. I also drink a lot of juice but water is most important. Drinking water helps the skin be vibrant and rehydrated. Plus water helps rid the bad and toxic stuffs inside the body. So I do drink a lot of water.

Actually i do drink a lot of water in a day and this is because we have a water filter now and it makes the water taste so good. Before that you wouldn't have caught me drinking more than a cup a day.

I don't drink a lot of water each day. At the moment, I'm trying to drink 3 glasses of water per day. My goal is to reach 6 glasses of water per day.
